The Golden Moon

Tonight's moon is round and big...

Photobucket

The golden moon enchants the evening sky,
In a beguiling pool of luminous light,
Overlaying every stars tonight,
Capturing the night in a mysterious glow.

Enrapturing lovers and rousing tales of woe,
Astonishing sphere, master of tides,
And longings for the unknown.
A mystical wanderer of celestial delight...

Alone

I'm lying here in the room's pitch dark,
Hearing the clock ticking,
Wondering where you are tonight,
The telephone is not ringing,
And the night goes by so very slow,
Oh I hope that it won't end though.
Alone...

You don't know how long I have wanted to be by your side,
To touch your lips and hold you tight,
You don't know how long I have waited to tell you the truth,
And I was going to tell you tonight,
But the secret is still on my own,
And my love for you is still unknown,
Alone...

Till now I'll always got by on my own,
I never really cared until I met you,
And now it chills me to the bone
How do I get to you alone?

Separation

There were those days, the path between two of us were crossed,
But when our bond was not tie up,
It't time to say goodbye...

Destiny is joke, when someone is destined to meet,
Nothing going separate us apart but after I've learned the truth,
Maybe our destiny is to pass each other by...

At the beginning

I'm seeing the end of this long winding road,
Many have walk along with me,
Many have left,
Now I'm alone but I'm going to finish it strong.

Comparing from where I were at the of beginning this road,
Miles away,
Many mountains away,
Who is that boy that can't even stand straight?

So this how far I've go?
A new beginning is up ahead,
For what my future may lie up ahead,
I may not know,
I'm bring along my hard headed and soft hearted in this journey,
I'm going to set this bar higher than before.

I've lost myself

How ironic as I walk by many stores,
I see words that only encourage me,
I could only see words of my thought I've been asking lately,
People around so rush, why I'm alone walking slowly?

Silence has come into my life,
I can't speak no more,
Even a simple question, I can't even answer,
People around seem so loud, why I'm alone so quiet?

As I'm driving on my way home,
On my favorite radio station,
I could only hear songs with many words,
People around are touched somehow or another, why I'm so lonely.

I'm lost at nowhere,
Only heaven knows where is my confidence went,
I've fight until I've lost myself,
Look I'm not good enough,
I guess I'm a boy at a sideline,
I'm could support and hope for the best for you,
But I can never get close enough to you...

I’m so lost without you.

I’m so lost...
Not knowing what to believe.
Not knowing who to believe.
Not knowing which path to take.
Not knowing who to trust.

I’m so confused...
With the lies from everyone.
With the fake smiles on their faces.
With the truth hidden inside of me.
With the fraud of myself.

I’m so depressed...
But I'll make it through.
But I miss you!!
But I want you back.
But how do I survive?

I’m so dead...
No body notices me.
No body can understand.
No body put me under the spell I'm under now.
No body will be alive.

I’m so scared...
Of loosing you for good.
Of fears that will haunt me forever.
Of tears of blood coming from my heart.
Of losing my life because of others love.

I don’t want to live.
I don’t want to die.
I don’t know what to do.

I’m so lost without you.

P/S: I really don't who to trust. I really don't know what to do. Seriously I feel so heavy. I really feel so sorry for everything I've done to you.

I want to walk alone...

I want to walk alone in empty streets
I want to walk through suburbs black and bleak
I want to sit alone in an empty park
I want to sway gently on a swing
I want to walk along the beach at night
I want to feel the shore splash my feet
I want to think a while till I can see
I want to disappear til I can breathe
I want to come back home and lie awake
I want to stare at the sky and all the stars
I want to separate away from my emotions
All I want is you...

A love poem

For many nights the rain keep falling down,
I've never felt so lonely without you.
For the longest track I've been running,
I've never knew you're from the source of the light.
For the floor keep tumbling down chasing me down,
I've never knew you've grown in my heart.

Until tonight, without you notice it,
You've touched my heart.
Wait no more, it has come to the end,
Where I'll go knocking on your door.
This is my only chance to lay out my heart for everyone to see,
So, will you Umm... do the same thing I just did?

So emo

Dark clouds under the gray sky;
wanting to leave but not being able to fly.
Drowning in the pool of emotions ;
trying to escape, but not knowing how to swim.

Trapped inside a nightmare where I can't find my way out;
fighting to leave but unable to wake.
Struggling to see the light at the end of the road,
trying to run faster but its never reach my goal.

I need you somehow

What do I do, have now I've reached the edge?
The cliff is steep to the plain below.
Miles upon miles of empty air
And no hand I can hold, but your hand
and you are not there!

What do I do when smothering black
Of night engulfs me ... coldly in the dark
So dark I tingle with sudden fear
No arms do I need but your arms
And you are not there!

What do I do with a life that tells
the end of the world in a darkened mist
But still must keep senselessly on
No love keeps my heart, but your love
And you ... you are gone!

The secrets revealed

In every human's heart has hidden treasures,
In secret kept,
In silence sealed,
In every thoughts,
In every hopes,
In every dreams,
In every pleasures,
When the charm were broken,
The truth will revealed.

If only these days would come....

One of these days
you'll look back to see...
that I was always there
but you were never there for me.

One of these days
your heart will start to ache...
then you'll realize
there was a risk you needed to take.

One of these days
you'll look around for me...
I will be gone
but I am yours eternally.

One of these days
the thought will be too much to bear...
just say you love me
and I'll be there.

The Evening Breeze

Short Notes: This poem specially dedicted to my late great grand mother....

As I felt the evening breeze drifts gently by,
Scarcely stirring the blades of the green,
It lugs a message from the distant lands,
That darkness will descend in a little while,
To cast its spell of shadowy tranquility.
~
There is a melody in today's silence,
A low poignant tune of nothingness.
An ache in my heart - dimness of shadows
Dusk enshrouding the soreness within the soul.
Wounded whirling mind haunts this hour.
~
I am back to those days gone long back,
When as a child I lay upon my great-grand's lap,
Utterly aloof of the ways of the world,
I tried so hard to grab hold of the wind,
Which stroked me once and then was gone.
~
Even now I am playing an identical game,
To touch a chord of the recollections of the past.
History takes wing to reach out to me,
I try to be moved by it, feel it, to be in it again.
But what is once gone has left not to return.
~
Catching what went before is so much like,
Arresting the breeze within a baby's fist,
I can barely feel it and handle it with my mind,
Alas! Time once departed is gone forever,
In no way to return ever...!

The Chronicle of Tears

I hope and prey that someday,
The one I love don't walk away.
The fear of losing the 'her' still lingers,
I want to hold 'her' hands and feel the touch of 'her' fingers.
I stay up all night thinking about 'her',
hoping 'she'll' feel the same way too.
I want to take 'her' somewhere in a special place,
and I would kiss 'her' pretty face.
I wish it was real but it's all a fantasy,
things don't work out in reality.
The thought of us being meant to be,
is slowly fading away from me,
'her' touch brings back memories,
and 'her' smile wipes away my miseries.
The things that I've done, I shall not forget.
A day without 'her' I'd die,
'She's' the water that makes me survive.
The love that we shared words cannot define.
The feeling that describes it is divine.
If only 'she' could understand how much 'she' mean to me.
I could live my life in ecstasy.
I live my life having these fears,
ending our stories in the chronicle of tears.

Friendship

*Dedicates to my friends that away from me*
*notes*:
o'er means over or also can say throughout a time period. It is usually use in poetry.

When it comes to the session of sweet silent thoughts,
I summon up remembrance of things that past,
I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought,
And with old woes new wail my dear time's waste.

Then can I drown an eye, unused to flow,
For precious friends hid in death's dateless night,
And weep afresh love's long since cancelled woe,
And moan the expense of many a vanished sight.

Then can I grieve at grievances foregone,
And heavily from woe to woe tell o'er,
The sad account of fore-bemoaned moan,
Which I new pay as if not paid before.
But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,
All losses are restored and sorrows end.

Myself

I have to live with myself, and so
I want to be fit for myself to know,
I want to be able, as the days go by,
Always to look myself straight in the eye;
I don’t want to stand, with the setting sun,
And hate myself for the things I have done.

I don’t want to keep on a closet shelf
A lot of secrets about myself,
And fool myself, as I come and go,
Into thinking that nobody else will know
The kind of man I really am;
I don’t want to dress up myself in sham.

I want to go out with my head erect,
I want to deserve all men’s respect;
But here in the struggle for fame and pelf
I want to be able to like myself.
I don’t want to look at myself and know
That I’m bluster and bluff and empty show.

I can never hide myself from me;
I see what others may never see;
I know what others may never know,
I never can fool myself, and so,
Whatever happens, I want to be
Self-respecting and conscience free.

Another Fresh Day

The break of the dawn, the morning light
Pushing aside the dark night's shroud
Flaring crimson slowly blushes the sky

Fading away its soft blue hue.

The night starts losing its colour from the orange flush

With the break of another fresh day.
As I jog across, I love to see the dew drops from near

Settled on the blades of crisp green grass

Tiny glassy crystals of water they are

Imprisoned in each of which is a sun.

Please Hear What I'm Not Saying

Don't be fooled by me.
Don't be fooled by the face I wear
For I wear a mask, a thousand masks,
Masks that I'm afraid to take off
And none of them is me.

Pretending is an art that's second nature with me,
but don't be fooled,
for God's sake don't be fooled.
I give you the impression that I'm secure,
that all is sunny and unruffled with me,
within as well as without,
that confidence is my name and coolness my game,
that the water's calm and I'm in command
and that I need no one,
but don't believe me.

My surface may be smooth but
my surface is my mask,
ever-varying and ever-concealing.
Beneath lies no complacence.
Beneath lies confusion, and fear, and aloneness.
But I hide this. I don't want anybody to know it.
I panic at the thought of my weakness exposed.
That's why I frantically create a mask to hide behind,
a nonchalant sophisticated facade,
to help me pretend,
to shield me from the glance that knows.

But such a glance is precisely my salvation,
my only hope, and I know it.
That is, if it is followed by acceptance,
If it is followed by love.
It's the only thing that can liberate me from myself
from my own self-built prison walls
from the barriers that I so painstakingly erect.
It's the only thing that will assure me
of what I can't assure myself,
that I'm really worth something.
But I don't tell you this. I don't dare to. I'm afraid to.

mask I'm afraid you'll think less of me,
that you'll laugh, and your laugh would kill me.
I'm afraid that deep-down I'm nothing
and that you will see this and reject me.

So I play my game, my desperate, pretending game
With a façade of assurance without
And a trembling child within.
So begins the glittering but empty parade of Masks,
And my life becomes a front.
I tell you everything that's really nothing,
and nothing of what's everything,
of what's crying within me.
So when I'm going through my routine
do not be fooled by what I'm saying.
Please listen carefully and try to hear what I'm not saying,
what I'd like to be able to say,
what for survival I need to say,
but what I can't say.

I don't like hiding.
I don't like playing superficial phony games.
I want to stop playing them.
I want to be genuine and spontaneous and me
but you've got to help me.
You've got to hold out your hand
even when that's the last thing I seem to want.
Only you can wipe away from my eyes
the blank stare of the breathing dead.
Only you can call me into aliveness.
Each time you're kind, and gentle, and encouraging,
each time you try to understand because you really care,
my heart begins to grow wings --
very small wings,
but wings!

With your power to touch me into feeling
you can breathe life into me.
I want you to know that.
I want you to know how important you are to me,
how you can be a creator--an honest-to-God creator --
of the person that is me
if you choose to.
You alone can break down the wall behind which I tremble,
you alone can remove my mask,
you alone can release me from the shadow-world of panic,
from my lonely prison,
if you choose to.
Please choose to.

Do not pass me by.
It will not be easy for you.
A long conviction of worthlessness builds strong walls.
The nearer you approach me
the blinder I may strike back.
It's irrational, but despite what the books may say about man
often I am irrational.
I fight against the very thing I cry out for.
But I am told that love is stronger than strong walls
and in this lies my hope.
gold mask Please try to beat down those walls
with firm hands but with gentle hands
for a child is very sensitive.

Who am I, you may wonder?
I am someone you know very well.
For I am every man you meet
and I am every woman you meet.

Open Your Arm To Change

Open your arms to change, but please don’t ever lose yourself,
You are what makes you who you really are in sickness and in health,
A friendly atmosphere has made you who you are to be,
Your character is in charge and will control your destiny.

You’ll go someplace you’ve never gone, you’ll make your mark again,
You will reset your standards, and sure will make new friends,
As soon as today is yesterday your heart will always give,
I hope you won’t regret today, cause your future longs to live.

If our paths don’t cross again, I won’t forget this day,
Cause I’m afraid of change, I’m scared to shift my ways,
My eyes will see things they’ve never seen, but I’ve always been here,
The time that counts your moments gone will teach me not to fear.

You’ll look upon your life and see familiar grounds,
You’ll hear the call of memories and recognize the sound,
All the lives you change will make stars disappear,
And as you’re settled down, you’ll realize you’ve never left here.

Silent GOODBYE

Short talk: My story

For the stranger he met,
Nothing special he want from her,
But to plant the seed of friendship together.

As the root grows deeper,
Sparks begin, seemingly a tail,
This is where all all the fairytale happen.

As ego is his greatest enemy,
While chasing for what he really wants,
Lead a series of misunderstanding,

Yet another unsloved mystery,
Trouble after trouble,
Struck them into reality.

Trustworthy has no meaning to them,
Trying his best to make things right,
But the stain just will always there.

Letting it go is only solution,
Time is the only factor,
But she never thought
He left her with the Silent GOODBYE.
